Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Janine Marie offers a money back guarantee. All Janine Marie products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not measure up to this standard, Janine Marie will either repair or replace the defective products. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Janine Marie. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns or exhanges are offered on sale items. If this policy is not followed, we will only accept returns at our discretion. Please note returns will only be accepted for items purchased at, items purchased at a retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to Janine Marie, please return these items to the place of purchase. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice and do not apply to wholesale orders.
Returns for Refund
Return credits take approximately five to seven days to process after receipt. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Returns for Exchange
Exchanges are made for the value of the returned mechandise and depending on the new item choice additional charges may apply. Your new item choice will be shipped when available. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund or store credit. Please note that exhanged items will be subject to an additional shipping charge billed in the same manner as the original payment.
How to Return Merchandise
Without exception, returns must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Janine Marie prior to returning the merchandise. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the returned mechandise. Please call Janine Marie customer service at our toll free number (877) 751-6063 or use the online contact form to contact us. Return Authorization's expire 7 days after being issued. Returns must be sent UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail, or Priority Mail and we suggest you send the merchandise by registered or insured mail since Janine Marie is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please note we can not accept COD deliveries. Clearly print your name, address and RA# on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:
